Where are orders shipped from ?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Perth, Australia.This is where all returns will need to be posted back to.

What payment options do you offer ?

At Fit-Squirrel, we offer versatile payment options. You can use AfterPay, PayPal, Zip, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or opt for express checkout with ShopPay and GPay. Shop with ease and convenience.

Can I cancel or make a change to an order ?

Regrettably, once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate changes, amend sizes, or cancel it under any circumstances. Please ensure your selections are accurate before proceeding to checkout. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If it's been more than 14 days since you received your order, regrettably, we cannot process a return or exchange. Please note that returns for reasons of a 'change of mind' won't be accepted. Please retain your proof of postage, as Fit-Squirrel cannot be held responsible for return packages that don't reach us. For detailed information, you can refer to our Return Policy by clicking the "Return Policy" button located at the bottom of our pages. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Exchanges 

At Fit-Squirrel Apparel, please note that we do not facilitate exchanges. However, we're delighted to provide refunds and accept returned items. If you need a different size or color, kindly initiate a return for a refund (excluding shipping costs), and then place a new order for the desired product.

When will my order ship ?

Typically, our products ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays). During new launches or sales promotions, order processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience, and we're committed to getting your items to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Does Fit-Squirrel support charitable contributions ? 

With each Fit-Squirrel item you buy, we contribute $1 to Kidney Health Australia. You can track your donation on your Tax Invoice. We also donate $1 for every Fit-Squirrel Gift Card sold (this doesn't impact the card's balance). Our donations are sent quarterly, and we endeavor to keep you informed about our total donation amount and how Kidney Health utilises these funds.

Do you have any Discount Codes ?

Certainly! By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll receive exclusive discount codes. Furthermore, during our sales events, we provide additional discount opportunities. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, and only one code can be applied per transaction.
